How Hybrid Delivery Works

Step 1: Invite your staff to download our driver app on their phones. They keep 100% of any delivery fee you want to charge,  and 100% of tips.

Step 2: New online orders get assigned to your staff when they have their app activated for live orders.

Step 3: When none of your staff is active on the app, orders are automatically dispatched to our back-up drivers for delivery.

Manage Live Orders

For customers calling in requesting delivery, restaurant staff can enter orders into their live order dashboard and push an order confirmation via text while the customer is on the line.

Customers can confirm order accuracy, input their payment, input a tip, and track their order as a driver is automatically dispatched. The anonymous caller is captured as a new digital customer for your restaurant.

We automatically send an SMS Text to customers 30 minutes after their order is completed to either internally handle a poor experience, or encourage public reviews for satisfied customers.

When they select either of the first 3 Faces, they are provided an internal feedback form that is emailed directly to you for support. When either of the Satisfied faces are selected, they are taken to a choice of social media sites where they can post their review.

Wi-Fi Landing Page for Email Capture

Offer your in-store guests a branded Wi-Fi that requires network guests to login to their Loyal Account or submit their email to get access to Wi-Fi.

Returning users will be automatically given access to ensure a hassle free experience.

Do I need to be Tech Savvy to figure this out?

If you can compose an email and login to a dashboard, you've got what it takes. We made it very simple to view all your orders, keep in touch with your customers, and run your whole online restaurant business from one dashboard. Our Design Team can set up custom email blasts, social media imagery, print marketing, website graphics, and more. Everything you need will be waiting for you in your new dashboard, and we show you how to automate everything.

Are there any Fees or Commissions?

Restaurants pay zero commissions, and are only charged a monthly fee for the Loyal platform. Check out our pricing page for details.

Customers pay a few cents at check-out to cover things like live order support from our staff, data charges for driver tracking, and SMS messaging. This customer fee starts at 5 cents, but capped at 99 cents per order.

What are the Credit Card Fees?

How we process online transactions sets us apart from other online services. Like many online services, we use STRIPE for processing transactions. However, we created a choice at checkout for your customers to earn Loyalty points based on which method of payment they choose. Depending on the payment method, your online order can be as low as 1% per transaction. Standard Stripe pricing for Credit Cards is 2.9% +.30 cents per order. By increasing loyalty points with ACH payments rather than credit cards, you are more likely to see a majority of your orders through ACH for a low 1% fee.

Are there any Contracts?

No. There are never any contracts. Restaurants need only give 30 days notice when terminating service. Restaurants who make annual payments will receive a prorated refund.

How do I Receive Orders?

Orders can be received on any tablet, smart phone, or computer. Most restaurants prefer to have a tablet connected to a printer for Restaurant Staff, and most owners and managers keep track of everything by logging in on their own device. We can provide you with a tablet and printer setup. We also have integrations with most POS systems.

Should I stop using 3rd party delivery apps?

You can certainly do both. For new Restaurants, we recommend staying off the 3rd party apps for the first few months so your customers get used to ordering from you directly. For existing Restaurants, we recommend retaining your active 3rd party listings until you are ready to make a long term decision on what's best for your situation.
