  • The Problem: Only 17% of Restaurant Customers return within 12 months
  • You've built a mobile app so customers get the best ordering experience while capturing them for future orders. But first-time customers wouldn’t consider downloading your app from the app store before placing their first order. Why would they? For the 17% that return, some of them will use your website order link from their mobile device which is designed for desktop. Others will order from more convenient 3rd party sites. Does that sound familiar?
  • Our Solution is a better first impression: Loyal is built on a new modern code base called Flutter. Flutter is used for building cross-platform applications. Since it operates within a single codebase and renders into native code on each platform, Our engineers have created a mobile web app that all guests can experience on their first order.  With faster development and lower development costs, we can quickly add upgrades to design features as they develop. Flutter apps comply with iOS, Android, Windows, MacOS and other platforms.
  • This means customers don't need to download the app in order to use it. It also means you can send your app directly to your customers through email, SMS Texts, Social Media Posts, and even your website. When they click on your order link, wherever it is, your web app is loaded on their screen for a true mobile experience.  First-time customers see their Loyalty points accrue in their new account from their first order and automatically added to your email and SMS Text campaigns.
  • The Problem: You can’t hire your own delivery drivers and 3rd party delivery is expensive. You direct both online and call-in customers to third party services.
  • Our Solution came when we realized that the other 3rd party services don’t have drivers either. They simply rely on a large enough pool of independent drivers to be willing to accept a single delivery order. We can turn your off-duty restaurant staff into your own pool of potential on-demand drivers. When employees are clocked out and looking to earn some money, they can simply activate their Loyal Driver app and accept orders from your restaurant.
  • There’s no schedule to manage, or risk of not having a driver since the same driver network that supports the national 3rd party sites also back us up. So when you don’t have a driver available, our drivers are automatically dispatched.  This is especially helpful to restaurants who already employ their own drivers. This empowers your existing delivery drivers to collect 100% of the delivery fees and Tips paid by the customer. The customer can now track their driver like they do on 3rd party sites.  
  • The Problem: What to do about Phone-in Delivery Orders?
  • For customers calling in requesting delivery, restaurant staff can enter orders into their live order dashboard and push an order confirmation via text while the customer is on the line. Customers can confirm order accuracy, input their payment, input a tip, and track their order a driver is automatically dispatched. The customer doesn’t need to input their order details so they still get what they were calling for, but now their payment is collected in a secure way, and they can track their driver. This previously anonymous caller can now be captured as a new digital customer for your restaurant.
